Day 1:
Lake Manyara National Park family wildlife introduction. Pick up in Arusha and meet your family-focused guide, then drive to Lake Manyara for a gentle first game drive with plenty of stops and breaks for children. Enjoy a picnic lunch and look out for elephants, monkeys, hippos, and colorful birdlife. Later, continue to Karatu for check-in, dinner, and overnight at a comfortable family lodge.
Day 2:
Serengeti journey and afternoon game drive. After breakfast, travel via the Ngorongoro Highlands toward the Serengeti, with scenic viewpoints and comfort stops along the way. Arrive for an afternoon game drive to start your Serengeti adventure, keeping the pace flexible for the family. Settle in for dinner and overnight at your family-friendly lodge/camp in the Serengeti.
Day 3:
Full Serengeti day with flexible family pacing. Enjoy a full day of game drives to search for big cats and other wildlife, with the option to split the day into morning and afternoon drives to suit children. Take time for educational breaks, a relaxed lunch (at the lodge or picnic), and plenty of photo opportunities. Dinner and overnight in the Serengeti.
Day 4:
Ngorongoro Crater finale and return to Arusha. Start early for the drive to Ngorongoro and descend into the Crater for a highlight game drive with excellent wildlife variety in one compact area. Enjoy a picnic lunch, then return to Arusha for drop-off at your hotel or onward travel connections.
